Body, Head and Wings are all stitched in the hoop of your embroidery machine (one hooping for each). Ears and hands are optional and require separate hoopings.
After stitching, you cut out the pieces, turn inside-out, then stuff and glue closed. No hand stitching or sewing machine required unless you want to use those.
