  • Social media login data may be used to login to the Ballyhoo Creations website if you choose to use those services.  We do not have access to your login info with those social media providers, it is handled through a 3rd party plugin that interfaces with Google, Facebook, etc.
  • Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Some information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics is collected automatically when you visit our Services.  This information is collected into analytic reports to help us understand where our audience is coming from and what devices they use such as desktop/tablet/mobile for us to provide the best website performance to the majority of customers.  No personal information is collected as a part of this analytical reporting of website traffic.

Your data is not shared or sold with any 3rd parties.  But it may be used in other ways for marketing and improvement of our services such as:

  • This website is not currently using Facebook or Google tracking devices to track your usage patterns across the internet. This may change in the future but for now that feels icky so they are not installed here.

  • We use email encryption, payment encryption, and secure password protection. A Cloud Content Delivery Network (CDN) is also in use to avoid malicious hackers, as well as software on this website to identify and prevent security issues.

No.  Ballyhoo Creations is aimed at adults aged 18 and over.  The majority of our customers are over the age of 40.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

  • Ballyhoo Creations is located in the United States of America and follows all applicable laws of the USA. 
  • We try to follow laws for other nations when possible but cannot keep up with the ever-changing landscape of Privacy laws for a multitude of countries.
  • If you feel this site is not respecting the privacy laws of your country of origin, please CONTACT us to discuss the matter so we may consider making changes to our website.
  • You may CONTACT us at any time to remove your personal data from our website.  (as stated above, we do not store or have access to payment data such as credit card numbers)   This would also mean you would lose access to all online forums, memberships, courses, and design libraries as our website is only structured to provide those services to logged-in users.
  • You may login to your account at any time and change your privacy and personal settings.  This can be done using the account menu at the top right of any webpage on BallyhooCreations.com.  If you are having difficulty logging in, please CONTACT us for assistance.  We may ask questions about your purchase history to verify your identity.
