Refunds 

Refunds are not given on digital download files.  This is the industry standard for digital downloads.  But rules have exceptions.  If you feel you are owed a refund or credit due to duplicate orders OR files that will not work (photo evidence may be required along with some cooperative troubleshooting), please contact Ballyhoo Creations on the Contact page to see if we can work something out.  Customer satisfaction is HUGE at Ballyhoo Creations.

Rescheduling

If you are not able to complete a course or coaching appointment due to circumstances beyond your control, you may be able to reschedule at no additional cost depending on the program and how much you missed.
