Elf Ornaments ITH Design

• ITH stands for “In the Hoop” and refers to embroidery machine files that stitch a 3D project like this one.
•  .ZIP file Includes these machine embroidery file formats: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, SEW, VIP, VP3, XXX
• Number of Hoopings: 1 for each elf
• Designed for 4×4 hoops.  Stitch the elf and hat all in-the-hoop, then cut out, turn and lightly stuff if desired.

NOTE: Some photos show elves with embellishments & trims which are not included in the design files.  Bling them up with your own stash of craft supplies.  (●’◡’●)

Tools

• embroidery machine with 4×4″ hoop or larger
• Scissors
• hemostats are useful for turning & stuffing small areas but not required

Materials

• Stretchy fabrics:
  • 2 pieces 2.5 x 2.5” skin tone jersey for head front & back
  • 2 pieces 3” x 3” for body front and back
  • 1 piece 4” x 4” for hat (will be folded to 2×4)
• no-show mesh stabilizer or other lightweight cut-away stabilizer
• embroidery thread & bobbin thread
• fiberfill stuffing (optional)
• fabric glue or hand needle and thread
• embellishments of choice
