- You CAN make a backup copy for your own file security (to protect against a hard drive crash, accidental delete, etc.)
- You agree to keep your files in a safe place for your future use. Although Ballyhoo Creations may store your purchases on our website so you may download them again in the future, there is NO guarantee this amenity will always be available. Please backup your files.
- Of course, you CAN stitch projects for yourself or others. This includes gifts and charity donations.

Customer satisfaction is HUGE at Ballyhoo Creations.
Refunds & Returns
The industry standard is that refunds are not given on digital downloads. But if you feel a mistake has been made, (duplicate order, got the sewing pattern instead of embroidery design, etc.) please use the contact form to let me know and an exchange or refund may be issued for those special circumstances. If a pattern or design doesn’t work for you, you may request assistance and show photos. This has never happened before, but I’ll consider it on a case-by-case basis. It’s important to me that you’re happy with the designs, patterns and kits from Ballyhoo Creations.
