You can access your digital items at any time by logging in to the Ballyhoo Creations website. There are 2 different ways you can login from this page:

- You can have a login link sent to your email. For security reasons, the login links expire after 2 days. You can always request a new one at any time from the login page shown above.
- –OR– Use your email as your user login, and type in your password. You can create a password by using the reset password option at the bottom. The “reset” works even if you have not created one yet. Check your email for further instructions. You can save your login credentials to your preferred password manager for quick and easy login access every time you visit.
Please allow 5-10 minutes for these emails to arrive. This website sends them immediately, but the internet is a huge place, so it might take a few minutes. (ʘ ͜ʖ ʘ)
After you are logged in, you can access your account dashboard and quickly get where you want to go. If it says “Hello” with your name, that means you are logged in. Hooray!
Click the little person icon in the top right to return to this dashboard at any time.
If you want to download your purchased files, choose the download option in the account menu.
IMPORTANT: When you click the file to download, it’s sent to your device. Please download to a computer rather than a mobile device (unless you know how to retrieve from your mobile.) Most computers send files to a folder called “downloads” or they come up with a window asking where you want that file to go. If you cannot find the files, I suggest doing an internet search for the term “how to find files on my computer” or “where did my download files go?”
I’ve tried to make it as SIMPLE as possible for you to access your purchases while still protecting your data from hackers.
