You can access your digital items at any time by logging in to the Ballyhoo Creations website. There are 2 different ways you can login from this page:

- You can have a login link sent to your email. For security reasons, the login links expire after 3 days. You can always request a new one at any time from the login page shown above.
- –OR– Use your email as your user login, and type in your password.
HOW to SET a PASSWORD: You can create a password by using the reset password option at the bottom of the login page. The “reset” works even if you have not created one yet. (TIP: be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the login page for both the email input AND your new passwords after you receive the email link. In other words – Ignore the magic login box at the top when you are resetting your password.)
Please allow 5-10 minutes for these emails to arrive. This website sends them immediately, but the internet is a huge place, so it might take a few minutes. (ʘ ͜ʖ ʘ)
After you are logged in, you can access your account dashboard and quickly get where you want to go. If it says “Hello” with your name, that means you are logged in. Hooray!
Click the little person icon in the top right to return to this dashboard at any time.
If you want to download your purchased files, choose the download option in the account menu.
IMPORTANT: When you click the file to download, it’s sent to your device.
- Please download to a computer rather than a mobile device (unless you know how to retrieve from your mobile.)
- Most computers send files to a folder called “downloads” or they come up with a window asking where you want that file to go.
- If it seems like nothing is happening or you can’t find the files, Try Control+J on your keyboard to see your recently downloaded files, or option+Cmd+L on a Mac.
I’ve tried to make it as SIMPLE as possible for you to access your purchases while still protecting your data from hackers.
